Processing & Handling
Non-customized products orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom product orders will be scheduled for factory production within 1–2 business days.
This processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We use reliable courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other international logistics services to ensure your package arrives safely.
Estimated transit time is generally 7-15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Please note that international shipping may be subject to delays due to customs inspections, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our top priority. All packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external markings or branding related to our products.
The contents will be described on customs forms using a generic term (e.g., “art supplies,” “silicone goods,” etc.) to ensure your privacy is protected.
International Shipping
Please be aware that you may be responsible for any duties, import taxes, and VAT imposed by your destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. We will provide the assistance you need during this process. So, you don’t have to worry too much, relax, it’s not a big deal
How to Track Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
All ColaDoll dolls are shipped directly from China where our Factory is located. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your doll is shipped.

In order to solve your customs clearance troubles, we chartered a plane to send your package to the United States. Please note that no tracking information will be updated until customs clearance is complete. It will take around 5-8 working days to arrive in your country and clear customs. Please wait patiently.
After completing customs clearance for your package, we will hand over your package to FedEx and they will deliver it to you. Also, FedEx will update the tracking information for your package. Please keep a close eye on your package tracking in case something goes wrong (e.g., suspension of tracking, lost items, etc.) until it is delivered.
